I thought there would be loads of Jewish people in Florida because I'd heard that lots of Jewish Americans like to go on vacation to this south eastern state. But we didn't see any signs of Judaism in the part we were in, though I did look out for synagogues (which they call "temples").
We brought our own style of Judaism on holiday with us. I bet airlines don't get many requests for kosher meals on Friday evening flights, and not that many families have the Kabbalat Shabbat Service playing on their iPods...
